SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for accurate processing and inspections, weekends and federal holidays are excluded.
Items purchased after 5:00pm will be processed on the following business day.
We will email you a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Once your order has shipped it will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Items are shipped Monday - Friday.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
We are not responsible for the lost packages after successfully delivered by carrier service.(Tracking Code and Confirmation of delivery)
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Due to Covid-19,severe weather, holidays, or high volume orders we may experience delays. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any delays after your order has left our warehouse.
